SIMULASI TAMPUNGAN EMBUNG SAYONG DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT

Dam Sayong is located in Cendi Manik Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok District. Sayong dam currently has 22.110,44 m3 of storage volume. From the results of the field survey, Sayong dam has enough water availability potential. However, the water cannot be accommodated due to the current state of the dam is malfunction as the dam body is damaged. Seeing the potential for water availability dam Sayong still, while the irrigated area can be served by the dam Sayong still very small that is 16 ha of 150 ha. So there should be an assessment of the storage dam simulation and analysis of Sayong dam to increase dam storage capacity. In this study, to increase storage capacity dam Sayong spillway will be tried to increase by 3 m high, 6 m, and 9 m. Then it is simulated to find a relationship between a high increase spillway, storage volume dam and the area served by irrigation. From the results of simulation analysis dam storage at the existing condition, then Dam Sayong could still be improved.
Conclusion of this study is to raise 3 m high spillway into +52.25 m, and the cropping pattern is Rice-Soybean-Soybean, planting season starts in December I obtained storage capacity amounted to 54405.78 m3 and irrigation area of 27 ha. For the addition of 6 m high spillway to +55.25 m obtained for 106314.17 m of storage capacity and irrigation area of 44 ha. Then to the addition of 9 m high spillway into +58.25 m obtained for 181976.22 m3 storage capacity and irrigation area of 64 ha.
