ANALISA TEGANGAN BEJANA TEKAN STEAM HEADER PRODUKSI PT. BROMO STEEL INDONESIA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SOFWARE AUTODESK CFD (COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMIC) 2016 DAN AUTODESK INVENTOR 2016
PT. Bromo Steel Indonesia is a company engaged in the machinery industry, and is one of the BUMN companies. One of the products is Steam Header pressure vessel with operating pressure: 10 kg / cm2, design pressure: 15 kg / cm2, design temperature: 150 150 C, capacity: 19 m3. This analysis with the help of Autodesk Inventor 2016 software based on the finite element method so that the design can be assessed already well or there is still excess voltage in certain parts, on the actual pressure obtained from dynamic analysis using Autodesk CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) 2016, according to technological progress. The results of the pressure on the Steam Header pressure vessel increasing by 0,000555 MPa with a maximum pressure value of 0.98122 MPa, and a decrease of 0.000024 MPa with a minimum pressure value of 0.980641, from the initial pressure of 0.980665 MPa. Based on the theory of Distortion Energy (Von Mises-Hencky) with the maximum Von Mises Stress is 63.7951 MPa, there is no failure. The Steam Header pressure vessel deflection, with a Displacement value of maximum 0.0970827 mm. Steam Header pressure vessels have a high safety factor, with a minimum Safety Factor of 4,00306 ul.
