KAJIAN EKONOMIS APLIKASI MESIN PENGADUK PADA USAHA PEMBUATAN DODOL (STUDI KASUS : USAHA PEMBUATAN DODOL DI SURANADI)

Dodol represent one of the traditional food which have been recognized by Indonesian society. In West Nusa Tenggara province ( NTB) found many places making of dodol, one of the center making of dodol in West Nusa Tenggara province ( NTB) reside in area of Suranadi. In general all maker of dodol in Suranadi still do squealer manually, squealer process manually which continually can result fatigue at worker if during long time. for that needed an alternative able to be used to assist this squealer process. One of the alternative able to be used that is by using kneader of dodol is such as those which used by one of the entrepreneur of dodol in Suranadi
Intention of this Research that is to compare economic value effort making of dodol before using kneader and after using kneader. Method the used is method of break even point and method of payback period. Result from this research indicate that the amount of dodol which must produce to reach break even point effort making of dodol before using kneader is 1.475 kilogram, with amount of dodol sold to reach break even point ( in rupiah) is Rp 51.639.482, break even point can reach by production to 148 ( week to 148). While amount of dodol which must produce to reach break even point effort making of dodol after using kneader is 670 kilogram, with amount of dodol sold to reach break even point ( in rupiah) is Rp 23.439.467 at production to 67 ( week to 67).
Calculation of payback period effort making of dodol after using kneader got value of N' by using 2 ways of that is with i = 0% and i = 9%. For i = 0% got value of N’ = 1,4694, while for i = 9% got value of N'= 1,6518, its meaning of competent kneader operate, this matter because value of N' for i = 0% and i = 9% smaller than economic age of kneader that is 5 years.
