Abstract-Faculty of Engineering
Mataram University has not found yet a specific
information system for obtaining further
information about their alumni and assisting the
faculty to manage the data of their alumni. The
reason of making this Alumni Information System
of Faculty of Engineering due to identity filling
form of the alumni has being entered manually. In
addition, a tracer study form or employment data
of alumni is also required by the college after the
alumni graduated two years from the Faculty.
However, the alumni’s employment data has been
very difficult to obtain, where the data is needed
for the sake of accreditation and curriculum
review. Consequently, this Engineering Faculty
Alumni Information System Web-Based is created
to overcome the problem. The system is built
using ‘Codeigniter’ framework with the
programming language of PHP and HTML .
This system can facilitate the college in
managing the alumni data and can assist the
graduates to get some important information
about the faculty of Engineering. Most
importantly, this system is expected to assist the
Faculty administrators in recording the data of
alumni’s employment. Thus, based on the test
results that have accomplished on Information
Systems of Engineering Faculty Alumni which
involved 25 respondents, the percentage of
respondents who agreed was 48% and 52%
respondents were found strongly agree.
