STUDI EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM LISAN DI KECAMATAN SELAPARANG KOTA MATARAM UNTUK MENANGGULANGI PERMASALAHAN SAMPAH BERBASIS MASYARAKAT
Effectiveness is the results of the accuracy of achieving the goal achieved by workers compared to the number of production workers other with a certain time period. LISAN city Mataram is a community-based waste management program (Community Base) towards strengthening the capacity of communities (Community capasity Building) in the field of waste management through dissemination, training and support facilities. The target to be achieved from each program LISAN sub district city Mataram namely Barter plastic waste with Rice for the Poor (Raskin) with the goal of poor beneficiaries Raskin, Shodaqoh plastic waste with the goal of Peoples upper middle who do not need the economic value of plastic waste, Processing of organic waste with the goal of entire components of the community who care about the movement towards LISAN, Handicrafts made from plastic with a target that group of workers (WG) Movement towards LISAN level of environmental and occupational groups (WG) Movement towards LISAN elementary school level.
The generation or volume of garbage in the production of 9 sub-districts in Selaparang Sub-district of Mataram City that goes to TPA of Kongok Garden is 109,901 tons/day. And the result of data collecting analysis with sempel collection system and questionnaire distribution to each respondent in Selaparang Sub-district of Mataram City using Likerst Scale from 105 respondents, from 9 kelurahan in Kecamatan Selaparang agreeing with community-based LISAN program that dominant percentage for Walking or can be accepted by the community that is 99% stated very strong and is effective so that LISAN program to be launched can be done, whereas in the percentage analysis of respondents in Kecap Selaparang Kota Mataram express strong data analysis of 90%, and for analysis of respondents stated enough that is equal to 71%. The SWOT analysis of LISAN program in Kecamatan Selaparang concluded that the strategy in running the LISAN program needs to increase the hours of cooperation between the government of related institutions and the active role of the community in the Selaparang sub-district in community-based waste processing, praserana such as the plastic counter and pokja, (TPS) of organic and inorganic waste needs to increase the number of machines, members, garbage cans in each environment, while training to create an artistic and economical handicraft are more often held to increase community participation in waste management, environmental protection. By using the budget of Mataram City maximally in the field of community-based waste processing.
