Analisa Kepuasan Mahasiswa Terhadap Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Di Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Mataram Menggunakan Metode Importance Performance Analysis
This study discusses "Student Satisfaction Analysis on Teaching and Learning Activities in Informatics Engineering Program University of Mataram Using Importance Performance Analysis Method" which is backgrounded by study program that wants to analyze student's satisfaction to teaching and learning activities in order to know attribute which is the main priority, keep the achievements and priorities low. Thus it can provide consideration for the study program to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities.
With the information system of teaching and learning satisfaction is expected to help the study program to analyze student satisfaction on teaching and learning activities. Students are required to fill out a teaching and learning questionnaire from all courses in KRS and only for subjects whose teaching and learning activities are conducted in the classroom. The questionnaire consisted of questions relating to teaching and learning activities made by the Quality Assurance Team of Mataram University. Students give perceptions and expectations on every questionnaire question. Then the relationship between value perception and expectation is analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis method. In the process of Importance Performance Analysis, the quadrant analysis is done to determine the level of expectation assessment and the level of perception assessment, the horizontal axis (X) will be filled by the perception level score, while the upright axis (Y) will be filled by the expectation level score. Cartesian diagram is used to find out the indicator of satisfactory or unsatisfactory variable. Quadrant 1 is a category Maintain achievement, quadrant 2 is the main priority category, quadrant 3 is a low priority category and quadrant 4 is an exaggerated category.
