Gasification is a thermochemistry process that converts solid fuel to syngas which combustion process uses limited oxygen intake. Gasification generally consists of 4 processes, drainage, pyrolysis, reduction that have quality of endothermic and oxidation that have quality of exothermic. This research aimed to discover the potential of gas used from cow dung Biomass Gasification in Suzuki Smash 110cc engine and how big is the influence of oxygen decoy flow rate to the engine performance. The method used in this research is experimental, torque, effective power, and specific fuel effective (SFCe) as bound variable and variety of oxygen decoy flow rate 10 lpm, 15 lpm, 20 lpm, 30 lpm and variety of engine speed 1500 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3500 rpm, 4500 rpm as a free variable. The application of Cow Dung Biomass Gasification to Suzuki Smash 110cc engine type which obtained from oxygen decoy flow rate 20 lpm with 4500 rpm speed which able to produce amount of torque 8,851 N.m, 4148,8821 effective power, 655,2 lpm FC, and 0,1565 liter/Watt hour SFCe
