Analisa Vibrasi untuk Mengindikasikan Kerusakan Bantalan Motor Induksi Seri 6857AA5 pada Pompa 62PU003 di PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara
In reality, industrial machines are not running perfectly and will be damaged. Damage to the machine can be detected by its vibration analysis. The force that causes vibration in the machine comes from unbalance, imperfection of part or function of the machine, and also because of a crash or bearing fault, which is the topic of this research. The purpose of this research is to know the type and level of bearing fault and to know the effect of running hour induction motor against damage to the bearing. This research was conducted at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara by taking the case of damage to the induction motor bearings in the SWIS pump 62PU003. To know the damage to bearing done by spectrum analysis of velocity, acceleration and enveloping, while to know the level of damage then the overall trend in spectrum compared to standard ISO 10816-3. In general, the results of this research concluded that based on velocity, enveloping, and the acceleration spectrum, indication of bearing fault such as defect in cage, ball, outer raceway and inside raceway occur at impulses frequency 1X, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, and 6X RPM FTF, BSF, BPFO and BPFI aligned with the peak amplitude of vibration at a frequency of around FTF, BSF, BPFO, and BPFI. For the cause of bearing fault can be a condition of unbalance, misalignment and structural looseness. A bearing fault also affected by the machine running hours, along with increasing running hours of the machine, bearing fault increase.
