PERANCANGAN ALAT PENCACAH SAMPAH ORGANIK DAN ANORGANIK BERPENGGERAK SATU MOTOR
Garbage is a solid waste comprised of organik substances and inorganik substances that are considered to be useless and must be managed so as not to endanger the environtment and protect development investment (SNI 19-2454-1991). Garbage processing should apply the 3R process that is by limiting waste generation (reduce), reuse of waste (recycle) and recycle the waste (recycle) by using recycle tool. Recently, the tools available is still not efficient because in one machineonly perform one function only, while for the initial ignition or starter still manually using the crank. Therefore, the aim of this design is to develop innovations so that in one machine can double function that can move the enumerator of organik garbage, anorganik waste or both sekera simultaneously and for starter can be automatically so much easier for its operation and for safety reason. This design uses design or design methods and field studies. The program used in this design is using software autodesk inventor 2016. Besides, the aims of this design were to generate the right dimensions and materials on the design of doublefunction garbage enumerator machine and determine the appropriate type of cutting knife for anorganik counter macine. The result of this design is the shaft used Ø 40 mm, the pulley unit with Ø 100 mm and 300 mm, belt v-bwelt using type A with length of 2050 mm, the drive unit using diesel engine with 8 HP attached power with round 2600 rpm, Order using hollow box metal material.
