Nowdays, the process of managing letters in UNRAM such as archiving, recording and disposition still use the convetional ways. The disposition of letter in rectorate area takes an average of one month. Times will increase if the letters dispositioned from rectorate to the faculty level. Adipa application aims to efficiently disposition process, to ease the archiving and accelerate the process of searching the letters archive. The user can access letter data whenever and wherever using android. This system uses codeigniter to build a web service, ionic framework to build mobile applications and HTML to enhance the look. This system is built using waterfall method. Result of blackbox testing the function in the system has been running nicely without having any errors. The researcher in dekanat area we got 53.59%, 43.33% and 2.56%as strongly agree, agree and neutral. So in other hand, this system is feasible to use.
