Analisis Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan Hukum pada Pengadilan Negeri Mataram
Abstract- District Court of Mataram is a government institution that has long been doing adjustment and development in the field of information technology such as websites, Aplikasi Penelusuran Perkara, Aplikasi Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, financial applications, and other. But there are problems on the applied information technology, that technology infrastructure for public services at District Court of Mataram has yet to be used optimally, and IT staff are not yet fully able to handle if there is damage on the system. Based on these problems, IT governance needed to be able to figure out the alignment of information technology with the goals set, using the frameworks COBIT 4.1 domain PO2, AI3, and DS3. The results of this research, District Court of Mataram has implemented IT governance at maturity level 3 (Defined) and level 4 (Managed and Measurable). And on the overall maturity attribute of expected condition at maturity level 5 (Optimized).
