Analisis Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Untuk Mengoptimalkan Kinerja Serta Kapasitas Sumder Daya TI Guna Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada RSUD Kota Mataram
Abstract - Information of Technology is an important element in life because it can facilitate human’s work. Examples of the use of information technology in the health sector are hospitals. At the Hospital, an information system is needed to facilitate health services for patients.Researcher conducted a research at RSUD Kota Mataram. RSUD Kota Mataram has an application called SIM RS (Hospital Management Information System) which is used to manage all the data of. The results of this analysis are the maturity level of IT governance that reflects the condition of IT governance in RSUD Kota Mataram with reference to the maturity level provided by the COBIT 4.1 framework. Based on the analysis carried out, in general the maturity conditions of IT governance in RSUD Kota Mataram are at level 3 or Defined Process which means RSUD Kota Mataram has implemented management and is aware of the importance of information technology, but needs to be improved in several ways so that existing information technology can work optimally.
