PENGARUH VARIASI DIAMETER KAWAT KUMPARAN DAN JUMLAH LILITAN ALAT MAGNETISASI BAHAN BAKAR BERBASIS ELEKTROMAGNETIK TERHADAP UNJUK KERJA MESIN BENSIN 4 TAK 1 SILINDER
Efforts made to save fuel and combustion on vehicles become better by using permanent magnets or other electromagnetic alternatives installed on the fuel pipe. The use of magnetic fields with varying strengths can reduce fuel consumption, and reduce exhaust gas emissions . This study aims to find out the effect of variations in diameter and number of wire turns of torsion, effective power and specific fuel consumption on gasoline engines four steps one cylinder.Various diameter of copper wire used is, 0.25 mm, 0.35 mm and 0.45 mm then the number of turns used is 3500 N, 4000 N and 4500 N are applied to each diameter. From the results of the experimental tests conducted in this study showed that the wire diameter of 0.45 mm increased torque by 1.22% and the effective power of 1.29%, then decreased fuel consumption by 12.68% in the number of turns 4500 N, when compared with experiments without using a magnetization device or fuel saver.
