Analisis Tata Kelola Sumber Daya Manusia Teknologi Informasi di Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Lombok Barat Menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1

Abstract At present the development of technology has increased very rapidly. Therefore the role of technology in an organization is needed. IT human resources is one of the important things needed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business objectives, so that IT human resources in an organization needs to be managed properly. IT human resources in West Lombok Regency is currently not well managed, which has not yet fulfilled the need for IT human resources in the offices of West Lombok Regency. To solve this problem the authors carry out IT governance using the framework COBIT 4.1. on DISKOPUKM West Lombok Regency. This study will provide recommendations for improvement of IT problems that exist in DISKOPUKM West Lombok Regency and can be used as a reference in making policies, especially in the management of IT human resources, and can improve the performance of West Lombok Regency DISKOPUKM. This study aims to provide understanding to DISKOPUKM West Lombok Regency in understanding the implementation of IT governance so that business objectives can be aligned with desired IT goals.
