STUDI EKSPERIMENTAL PERILAKU LENTUR PAPAN KAYU LAMINASI SILANG MENGGUNAKAN PASAK BAMBU
Along with the increasing demand for wood, the supply of wood from nature is decreasing. To overcome this problem, one of the solutions to increase the use of lowgrade hardwood is laminated wood. One type of product that is widely known to have the ability to carry structural loads for floor plates is Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), which is a wooden board that is attached using a connecting device with alternating and perpendicular position. This test aims to test flexural strength and failure patterns that occur in CLT This test uses a two-point loading method to obtain MOR (Modulus of Rupture), MOE (Modulus of Ealsticity), selectivity and the ability of CLT to accept loads in L / 300 permit deflection requirements, studied connecting methods such as CLT LSL (laminate with White glue / Polyvinyl Acetate) and CLT LSBP (laminated with adhesive bamboo pegs). The experimental results showed that the allowable external load for CLT LSL and LSBP plates was 0.380 kN and 0.370 kN, respectively. The average MOR for CLT white glue adhesive (PvAc) and bamboo peg adhesive in a row are 39.22 MPa and 55.79 MPa, on the MOE the average values are 33171.6 MPa for structures with glue adhesives white / Polyvinyl Acetate (PvAc) and 27993.1 MPa for structures with bamboo peg adhesive, while the value of CLT adhesive for white glue (PvAc) and CLT adhesive for bamboo pegs are 6.20 and 5.14, respectively.
