Abstract- Medical Faculty in University of Mataram is an organization that uses information technology (IT) in academic services. The information technology used by Medical Faculty such as e-library, e-archive, rooms and tools rent system, computer-based test (CBT), and network usage. However, there are problems in Medical Faculty system like academic services are still manual and the academic information system is useless on supporting academic service activities. It causes many problems in academic activities such as recording students and employees data, giving students grade and students study plan are still manual. That’s why the implementing of information technology governance to optimize and realize as the Medical Faculty wish through the COBIT 4.1 framework on the AI6 and PO2 domains is mandatory. From this research, the Medical Faculty in University of Mataram was at the 3 maturity level (determined), for the maturity attributes with the desired state at level 4 (managed) and at level 5 (optimized).
