PENERAPAN KOLAM RETENSI PADA PERENCANAAN SISTEM DRAINASE BERWAWASAN LINGKUNGAN (EKODRAINASE) DI PERUMAHAN GRAND LINGKAR
Grand Lingkar Residential is located in the sub-district of Jempong Baru, Sekarbela, Mataram. The area estimated ± 17,9 Ha and it represents a catchment area that naturallydrain and absorb water before the construction. The residential development created a massive impact to the area, it reduces the capacity of the catchment area and the runoff which can cause a flood. Jempong Baru was known as a flat and low surface of water level area that needs a precise method to avoid flood caused by the runoff. The purpose of natural drainage system is to manage the overplus water on the surface so that the runoff can controlly drain and absorb to the ground. Retention pond is one of the ecodrain method. The retention pond construction will be using the area and drainage that has been provided. The retention pond is required to accommodate the capacity of the flood discharge and the available drainage channels. The capacity of the flood discharge will be reduced before flowing to the outlet. Based on the analysis performed, the value of planned rain discharge (R5th) 59.11 mm/hour with 0,08759 m3/dt offlood discharge. The drainage channel is using a U ditch concrete in 30 x 30cm – 150 x 100cm dimention and 20 cm freeboard and water tunnel in 30 x 30cm – 100 x 100cm dimention. The retention pond located in Grand Lingkar Residential in four points with area K1 506 m², K2 559 m², K3 375 m² and K4 418 m² with 1,30m height and 0,2 m freeboard. The total volume capacity of retention pond is K1 657.80 m³, K2 726.70 m³, K3 487.50 m³, K4 543.40 m³. The volume of reduced retention pond is K1 1.16 m³/hour, K2 1.34 m³/hour, K3 0.82 m³/hour, K4 1.01 m³/hour. The retention pond in ecodrain system can increase the total capacity of drainage channel with certain return period from 5 years to 25 years.
