RANCANG BANGUN KWH METER BEBASIS ARDUINO MEGA 2560 DIKONTROL BLUETOOTH
Abstract— Building a kWh meter based on Arduino Mega 2560 with Bluetooth as a controller is focused topic research. Purpose of this study to reduce the deficiencies found at the prepaid kWh meter. The purpose of this study is to correct deficiencies found in prepaid kWh meters. The advantages of arduino kWh meter are more practical, security than interference from irresponsible people. The designed Arduino KWh meter is equipped with a personal security code and reset code to guarantee its security from the act of theft of electricity pulses and gives the owner the freedom to change his security code. Energy calculations use electrical circuits to get rms voltage, rms current, average power and energy calculated by using energy every time. Testing the voltage sensor results in the maximum error percentage of 2.517 % and average of 0.919%, and the current sensor testing results in the maximum error percentage of 3.846% and an average of 1.904%.
