Redesain kursi jahit ergonomis dengan pendekatan anthropometri
Many business actors, especially business people in the field of confection that does not pay attention to the tools used workers, especially the use of seats that do not fit the dimensions of the body workers so it is not ergonomic for workers who wear them. Whereas the use of ergonomic work tools is very repentant for workers and as business owners because it can increase and comfort the value of increasing production so that workers can for profitable efforts. The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of anthropometri approaches in redesigning ergonomic sewing chairs, decreased worker musculoskeletal disorder complaints and increased worker productivity. Results of the study showed a new seat type Adjustabel has a minimum height of 36,76 cm and a maximum height of 40,34. In the old seats have a height of 47,5 so that the new dimension of the seat is lower than the old seat where the old seat is too high for the worker and there is addition of the seat parts to increase the comfort of workers such as back rest and Arm. The level of workers ' comfort increases when using new seats that can be viewed from Nordic body map data with an average of 41,31%. As well as increased productivity of workers who can produce 7-9 Unit/hari more than before and can produce 4,12-4,86 unit/hari/hr. In the T test analysis get the value of 0,003 which indicates the hypothesis used is an alternative hypothesis that indicates a significant increase in the use of new seats.
