PENGARUH KONFIGURASI LILITAN ELEKTROMAGNETIK DENGAN TIPE GULUNGAN TOROID TERHADAP UNJUK KERJA SEPEDA MOTOR BENSIN 4 LANGKAH 1 SILINDER
As has been known that with the depletion of fuel supplies and the high cost of fuel in Indonesia lately, the researchers continue to seek alternative energy sources. Simultaneouslythe researchers tried to also find equipment that can save fuel for motor vehicles. This study aims to examine the effect of electromagnetic winding configuration with Toroid roll typecylindrical on the performance of 4 step 1gasoline motorcycles. The diameter of thewire coilused in the study was 0.35mm with a magnetic field strength obtained at 1.632 Gauss on the Clock Wise type, 1.571 Gauss on the Counter Clock Wise type and 1.164 Gauss on the Alternating type (Clock Wise & Counter Clock Wise) with the same current of 0.19 amperes. The effect of the electromagnetic winding configuration of the fuel magnetation studied was torque, effective power and specific fuel consumption ongasoline four-cylinder one-cylinderengine .. The influence of the magnetic field on engine performance, observed at various engine turns at 1500 rpm, 3000 rpm, 4500 rpm and 6000 rpm. The results showed an increase in torque, an increase in effective power and a decrease in specific fuel consumption better. The percentage increase in torque that occurs is 0.55%, the percentage of effective increase in power is 10.37%, and the percentage decrease in specific fuel consumption is 13.33%. Thevalues are aboveobtained in testing with a machine speed of 6000 rpm.
