Indonesia has a wealth of natural fiber resources that are abundant and which have not been used optimally. Raw materials derived from natural have different properties compared to wood. Devlopment of biocomposit or composite technology by utilizing natural-derived fibers and agricultural waste, plantations will help overcome thr scarcity of industrial raw materials while preventing environmental damage. Composite manufacturing is done by hand lay-up method with 10% fiber volume fraction, and the addition of horse dung with 5%,10%,15% and 20% volume fraction with short directional fiber orientation. Specimen testing includes tensile, bending and impact testing. The results of the test show that. The highest tensile stress was found in the volume fraction of pineapple leaf fiber 10% and horse dung 5% at 20,3164 Mpa. The highest bending strength was found in the 10% volume fraction of pineapple leaves and 20% horse dung of 54,9075 Mpa. The highest impact straight 10% fiber volume and 5% horse manure volume fraction of 4,15 kj/m2.
