ANALISIS TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN PROVINSI NTB MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5

IT governance is an effort to manage information technology to support and align with a company's business strategy.
The NTB Provincial Library and Archives Service is an agency that assists the governor in the administration of the
provincial government in the field of libraries and archives. The problems found in the NTB Province Library and Archives
Service are resource problems in the IT field, so the purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of IT
governance and the level of maturity of IT governance using COBIT 5 which focuses on the EDM04 domain (Ensure
resource optimization) Optimization Resources and APO01 (Manage the IT management framework) Manage IT
management frameworks. The results of the maturity level for the current conditions of the IT EDM04 process are at
level 2 and 3, as well as for the APO01 IT process that is at levels 2 and 3. While for the maturity level at the desired
conditions in the IT process EDM04 and APO01 want to be at level 4 and 5. To be able to increase the desired maturity
value, recommendations for improvement can be given that can be used by the NTB Provincial Library and Archives
Service to manage IT.
