Pengaruh Variasi Sudut Kemiringan Sudu Turbin Cross Flow Terhadap Unjuk Kerja Simulator Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Micro Hidro (PLTMH)
The Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) which is very often used today is the Cross Flow Turbine. The reason is because of the high level of efficiency using low pressure and speed, the flow of water flows through the entrance of the pipe and is regulated by the guide vane and guide in to the turbine blade rotation. After the water has passed the turbine blade rotation, the water is in the opposite blade rotation, thus providing additional efficiency. In this study, the researcher are using two methods; namely Literature Study and Experimental Study. The researcher used the dependent variable such as Friction, Torque, Water Power, Turbine Power and Cross Flow Turbine Efficiency, meanwhile for the independent variable are varying the blade angle is 14o, 16o and 18o by giving a load of 2 kg, 4 kg, 6 kg, and 8 kg when testing by adjusting some fixed variables include Pressure, opening of the guide vane and Frequency of 40 Hz so that the flow of water is found at 1 m3 / minute. The results of this study found that the greater the angle of the blade, the turbine power produced is higher, reaching 415.5685 Watt at 18o angle of the blade, the highest efficiency that can be achieved is 69.90% when loading 6 kg and the angle of 18o blade .
