Sistem Pakar Diagnosis Kerusakan Bangunan Akibat Gempa menggunakan Metode Dempster Shafer
An earthquake is a natural disaster that often occurs in Indonesia and cannot be avoided. Based on geographical location, Indonesia is located at the confluence of three tectonic plates namely the IndoAustralian plate, Eurasian plate, and the Pacific plate which causes frequent earthquakes. One of the impacts caused by the earthquake was that many buildings were damaged, both lightly, moderately, and severely damaged. To find out the level of damage from an earthquake building accurately, a survey and analysis from an expert are needed in analyzing a building. However, the availability of time from an expert is very limited. Therefore, we need a system that has the ability like an expert. The system in question is an expert system that adopts knowledge from an expert into a computer to solve problems like an expert. The purpose of this study is to implement the Dempster Shafer method in the post-earthquake building damage diagnosis system. This method gives room to the expert in giving the value of trust in the knowledge expressed. Also, studies using the Dempster Shafer method show accuracy results exceeding 80%.
