ANALISA BIAYA PRODUKSI BIOETANOL DARI NIRA BATANG SORGUM DENGAN VARIASI KAPASITAS PRODUKSI PER BACHT MENGGUNAKAN METODE BEP
Bioethanol is obtained from the fermentation process of
raw materials containing starch and sugar. Sorghum
(sorghum bicolor L.) is a plant that can be used as raw
material for bioethanol. Sorghum has a high economic
value so it is feasible to develop. This study uses
sorghum stalks as raw material which is then processed
into bioethanol. Where to find out the stages of the
process in producing bioethanol and determine the
working time during the production process. In this study,
data collection on the product and manufacturing
process was carried out and then measured the working
time. The data is then collected and processed to find a
Break Even Point (BEP) to get the break even point. The
results showed that to produce 800 liters it took 65 days,
for 1000 liters 80 days and for 1200 liters 96 days. FC
got Rp. 36,999,875, VC in producing 800 liters is IDR
41,182,472, to produce 1000 liters is IDR 49,780,683
and to produce 1200 liters is IDR 58,708,703. The TC
yield for 800 liters is Rp. 78,182,347, TC for 1000 liters is
IDR 86,780,558 and TC for 1200 liters is IDR
95,708,578. With a selling price of Rp. 70,000, - per liter,
the production of 800 liters / batch is obtained at the
point of 1,997 liters, for the production of 1000 liters /
batch, the BEP is obtained at the point of 1,829 liters and
production of 1200 liters is obtained at the point of 1,756
liters
