REDESAIN KUNCI SOCK RATCHET FREEWHEEL MAGNET BERDASARKAN DATA ANTROPOMETRI MEKANIK DI AHASS BRAWIJAYA PT ASTRA INTERNASIONAL TBK-HSO MATARAM

Ergonomics is the science, art, and application of technology that harmonizes all
facilities used by humans that can create comfort and health while working and resting so
that the quality of life can be better. PT. Astra Internasional Tbk - HSO Mataram
collaborated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering,
University of Mataram by making a tool for AHASS to facilitate mechanical work. The
idea chosen by the idea was a magnetic freewheel sock ratchet lock on the key blade to
facilitate engine oil change when the engine is hot, a tool designed based on mechanical
anthropometric data with an adjustable design and the addition of a rubber grip.
In this study, anthropometric data were collected from hands and other parts that
were in contact with the tool. Furthermore, the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire
and mechanical pulse data were collected before and after the redesign of the device. After
that, it is compared whether the anthropometric data can reduce musculoskeletal
complaints, pulse and increase the productivity of the mechanics of PT Astra International
Tbk - Honda Sales Operation Mataram (HSO Mataram). Based on VOB (Voice of
Business) engine oil sales increased.
The results showed that anthropometric data had an important role in the redesign
of the socks with the result in the form of a decrease in the pulse rate of 18.8%, CVL did
not occur due to light workloads, but the calculation results decreased the average
proportion of the old sock key 16, 41% and 9.81% for new sock locks and a decrease in the
Nordic Body Map questionnaire by 30.5%, this is because the sock lock is designed to be
adjustable and there is an increase in the cover distance with the appropriate oil tap bolt,
additional rubber and magnets on the key eye . Increased partial productivity of Rp.
3.456/dpm and Increased total productivity of Rp. 0.384 / jam.dpm. Increased production
of Rp. 93,833 / day so that business voice (VOB) was achieved and increased from an
average of Rp. 186,667 / day to Rp. 280,500 / day.
