PERBANDINGAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING DAN CERTAINTY FACTOR DENGAN FORWARD CHAINING DAN DEMPSTER SHAFER UNTUK SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSIS PENYAKIT TELINGA, HIDUNG, DAN TENGGOROKAN (THT)
ENT disease is a disease that occurs around the
ears, nose, and throat and can affect various ages. This
research was created to build an Android expert system that
can diagnose 9 types of ENT diseases using a comparison of
Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor with Forward
Chaining and Dempster Shafer methods based on the
knowledge of 3 experts. From the tests conducted, on
accuracy testing, Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor
methods was 85.56%, while for the Forward Chaining and
Dempster Shafer methods was 87.78% based on 30 cases. In
the MOS for the feasibility and interface of the system
testing of 30 respondents obtained a value of 4.25 with
Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor system methods,
while 4.36 for the Forward Chaining and Dempster Shafer
system methods. The results showed that the system with the
Forward Chaining and Dempster Shafer methods has a
better result for diagnosing ENT disease.
